07/02/2009 - We are experiencing a service outage on one of our main servers due to a hacking attempt. Due to a breach of the help desk some of our services will not be available while an investigation is ongoing. Affected customers will be contacted individually as soon as possible. We are are working diligently to get the issue resolved and apologize for the inconvenience.

Another part, though, is the 'roper backups would have saved you' argument. But when your car is totaled, that really doesn't help either, does it?
